check-in, Drop-off and Pick-up
When you arrive, look for one of our friendly team members and they will direct you to the drop-off location for children and babies. Babies may be dropped off after 10:15 and should be picked up at the conclusion of the service. Toddler, Elementary, Middle School and High School classes will be dismissed at the conclusion of the time of worship through giving. Toddlers and elementary students may also be picked up at the conclusion of the service.
You will be able to complete the check-in process at the drop-off location. You will receive a unique number for your child that you will use to when you pick-up after service.
At check-in, we will ask for the following personal information: Your name and photo ID, children's names, your mobile number (for text/emergency contact during service) and any special instructions such as allergies or special needs for your child.
Ideally, you can also choose to pre-register your child online before arrival. This will save time when you check them in at the drop-off time. (If you are unable to pre-register online, we will have paper forms available for you when you check-in.) Registration is recommended for any student 15 or younger, although any minor can be registered at the parent's preference. If for any reason we need to contact you during the service, your child’s unique number will appear on the screen in the auditorium. If you see your child's unique number, please exit the auditorium, and report to the room your child is in.
